“Modern and right on the beach”
The best

Amazing location, right in front of the beach (which is great too) and close to many restaurants and shops. The apartment is modern, with AC in every room.

To be improved

We also did not manage to find the cutlery tray, like many others in the reviews. We messaged the property, but never got an answer as to where it is located. Thankfully takeaway came with plastic forks 🤣

“The view from the Flat is breathtaking 😍”

We liked everything about the apartment. The view was breathtaking exactly like the photos. The flat is well organized and beautiful. The staffs were very friendly and were présent whenever we contacted them over phone. When we couldn't find the cutleries they explained us the location very patiently. Also one major plus point was that we reached Benidorm a bit early, our check in was from 4:30 p.m. but we reached there at 12 p.m., when we reached early they told us they would call us whenever the flat is ready and we actually got a call by 1:30 that the flat was ready and they handed us the keys so it was great that they thought about our comfort and convenience.

To be improved

Nothing major. At the entrance got confused with the lift please indicate the A-B-C-D sides. We didn't find any blanket in the master bedroom please keep one in there.

The booking agent who you have to go through to get the keys are really difficult. Despite advertising that you can get the keys earlier on request, you absolutely cannot. Staff in the beareau were very rude, when we arrived there were at least 10 people complaining about the same issue. This does not detract from the apartment, but I would urge the owners to reconsider the letting company
