“Very central but still quiet”
The best

The apartment is right in the middle of the old town. Thanks to traffic restrictions it's quiet, and things like Plaza Mayor are within a few minutes walking distance. To get to the apartment you have to take a taxi though, as it is a bit from the station, but that did cost us only around 8 Euro. The host was very forthcoming and we could leave an hour after check-out time. There is a little shop around the corner, so you can get fresh bread for breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped. The key comes via a safe, so check-in was easy and hassle free.

To be improved

The only downside was the bed. Which is more or less a plastic rack with a mattress on top. If used by two people, you can see and more importantly feel the whole thing sinking in in the middle. So be prepared for your back protesting. Furthermore, each movement makes the whole thing wobble and squeak. I wore my earplugs to blend out the noise from the bed.
