The best

Amazing stay, beautiful masia and amazing treatment from the staff. We got upgraded on our stay to a suite which fit great for our celebration for my cousin's birthday. 10/10!

To be improved

If I had to say something maybe it's that the wifi didn't reach the top floor but we wanted some disconnection so it was the whole point of going into nature!

“Beautiful views and building”
The best

Stunning location for views and not far from Berga for meals and exploring. A beautiful building with some lovely original features, big rooms, big car park, big car park. This seems to be only a 2star hotel, it feels better and with just one or touches I think it would be. Breakfast was the best we had had so far on our 2 week holiday. They also spoke some English which was very useful. There was also a late check in procedure which was great as main check in is before 5pm.

To be improved

No fridge, coffee machine or kettle, I think this would make such a difference especially in the premium rooms. The only water cooler is on the ground floor. The Wi-Fi on the top floor wasn’t working, nor did the satellite tv tho this didn’t bother us, we didn’t notify the staff either. We hope this place gets busier, it has the potential to be, as in my opinion it’s a much nicer stay than central Berga, like in other reviews we were the only guests staying at the time so it can feel a little odd to be the only guests in a 9 room hotel.

The ambiance, the charming and tranquil location, and without a doubt the helpful staff.

To be improved

There was an issue with water flooding outside the shower. It should have caught in prior routine maintenance. But, we managed to fix it. And it didn’t damp our overall stay.

The best

Breakfast was feast, was amazing. The staff were also fantastic, very friendly. The hotel is located in the middle of the mountains, with all the nature. Total better than i expected.
