Great location in town.

We received details from agent where ti collect keys from their office but we arrived late and had no car so not easy collecting the keys. No details on how to get in the property and the door was bolted inside and eventually we got in via the back. Why not have a key box by front door? No details on where stuff was in the house or how to change the gas. Every night between 3.30 and 5.30am vans pulled up just down the road with people talking loudly and loading vans which kept waling us up. Is this a bskers? Why csnt they be quiet.
