the apartment itself was really nice and clean

To be improved

The check-in process was very annoying. Two days before our arrival, we received information that we were supposed to pay a deposit through a website payment, even though the booking terms stated that the deposit was supposed to be paid in cash upon arrival. We did not get any soap by the bathroom sink, only two rolls of toilet paper, and no dishwasher tablets.
