“We are very disappointed. The host told us x days before our arrival that the apartment was “sold out” even though our booking was confirmed. He tried to avoid responsibility by saying that we did not check his emails – while we did not receive any official cancellation via the booking platform. We were left without accommodation on site and he refuses to refund the amount paid. This is not only unacceptable, but also illegal. If the problem is not resolved, we will be forced to contact the European Consumer Authority. We do not recommend this accommodation to anyone! · Cons: We are very disappointed.
