Verified reviews from real guests who have already stayed here.
Bar staff were polite, provided good service, and entertainment staff were enthusiastic.
Good location for accessing the beach, shops nearby, but not on the main front.
General amenities satisfactory; entertainment activities well organized.
Overall positive experience despite some notable issues; would not return due to food quality.
Reasonable for the all-inclusive price, good for the off-season.
Some cleanliness issues noted such as flies around the pool, but otherwise regularly cleaned.
“Awful for Celiacs”
My partner booked this for family get away and being advertised as a gluten free and safe for Celiacs we took the plunge . I am a celiac and all I can say is please don't bother the buffet isn't for us.Yet on arrival into the buffet restaurant I was shown what I could have from there . Little did we know they gluten free food is prepared in a separate kitchen and I could of had anything I wanted prepared with notice to the kitchen . We was only told this on day 4 of a week's holiday I was so ill prior to this .my partner met with management and expressed her disgust at the lack of information for Celiacs and it ruined the holiday me being ill. We have raised concerns since with the hotel and Gabriel also and have not had any reply at all .A lovely hotel but if your a celiac please don't take the chance and make the mistake we did because of there lack of knowledge yet they are accredited by the Spanish Celiacs society . Lovely Area just don't bother with hotel unless you self cater .
“Good hotel for Cala Millor base”
Location - good for getting to the beach, shops nearby and everywhere is pretty flat. Bars not too far a walk, but its not on the main front, so can be a little dark at times walking back. Atmosphere - hotel is medium size and the entertainment team are great fun - we watched some shows (acrobats) and took part in the quiz - although wine as a 'prize' when you are all inclusive is a bit odd! Drinks and Food - repetitive but fine - we had cocktails (Love on the Beach and Pina coladas) but each evening would go out to the local bars where the drinks were a lot stronger! Polite bar staff though and never had to wait long Food - chips, paella, some good gluten free choices (my friend was catered for on this part esp at breakfast) lasagne, cakes etc - pretty basic - i had a fresh omelette every day and loved these. The cutest robots are in the restaurant taking the dirty crocs to the kitchen !!! Rooms - we had a superior twin - this was fine, had a minor sea view and over looked some allotments and a large open land - its not very pretty views, but its not bad! Value - its pretty reasonable for all inclusive - we were out of season going in October and it was fine Cleanliness - no issues the cleaners cleaned every day - there were a lot of flies around the pool, but this was annoying but nature, not the hotels fault! Hotel decor - very tired in places - our rooms needed a new coat of paint as did some of the communal area with some updating needed (locks on reception location toilet doors were loose, cracks in paintwork in the lounges etc). Wouldn't return as prefer a little more sparkle on my holidays - but for the price we paid it was fine and I love Cala Millor as a resort.
“Improvement needed”
The hotel is a couple of streets back from the seafront so views are very limited. Our room was small and in need of a complete renovation; front door paint peeling off and door frame splintered. Shower worked well but Shower tray thin , flexible and very slippery and water leaked out over the bathroom floor. Wardrobe doors had to be repaired before we could unpack. Bedroom furniture extremely distressed and consisted of bedside tables,a desk and one basic chair. Small balcony and if you slide the sliding door closed behind you there is no handle on the outside to open it again. Food was varied, of only acceptable quality and reasonably plentiful but only ever warm at best. All inclusive drinks were fine and bar staff provided good service. Plenty of sunbeds and decent main pool but tiled walls of pool need cleaning. Entertainment and fun games generally well organised by enthusiastic staff. Tennis court playable. Too many smokers outside for our liking. Spa facilities and indoor pool good. The general atmosphere of the hotel was good and staff mostly helpful and friendly but the bedrooms and the food must be improved if it is to get anywhere near 4 star quality.
“Lovely hotel, but the food let's it down”
The hotel is ok and in a good location, everything is fine except the food,, if your British don't come half/full board,, I can only assume the food is aimed at other European customers,, for me the food is dreadful,, I'm writing this while staying in this hotel, we've paid for half board and gave it a chance but after four evenings of what can only be described as "a bushtucker challenge" we've got no option but to eat out,, I'm not a fussy eater but what is on offer is disgusting,, go to Cala bona, just up the road, lovely restaurants offering edible food,,
“Brilliant 8 day 46th Wedding Anniversary holiday.”
A brilliant 8 day 46th Wedding Anniversary celebration in Cala Millor Garden Hotel with EasyJet Holidays. (Would have been 5 star but the room needed some attention , which will be done soon, as closing for a complete refurb over the winter) Everything was as we’d hoped - from the room being ready on arrival, with a great welcome from excellent staff both on arrival & throughout our stay, An Anniversary surprise in the room, a reserved outside table on our Anniversary itself #thanksgloria . Lovely food with a great choice including themed evenings. Super animation team with plenty of variety & excellent visiting evening acts. Paella & cocktail making , local food showcase , all part of the activities. Special mention must go to Gloria - Ambassador Experience who went above & beyond. Felip & his food & drink team. Room cleaners , Gardeners , Lifeguards et al. We will look for Garden Hotels elsewhere in the future. We wish you continued success in 2026 after the refurb.
“Great hotel”
Loved this hotel, good atmosphere and the all the staff are brilliant. Great entertainment day and night. Only reason not 5* is the food isn’t the best.
