nice hotel with awesome views to la cala de San Miguel.a very quiet cala with a bunch of chiringuitos that made my stay! there was also a convenient shop just a few steps from the hotel.

To be improved

the food was to good except for the breakfast which was included and good enough. the breakfast hours were too early for vacation mode. The bar was empty and no back music. they served a buffet by night they should have used the space for a lounge not a buffet site. also the staff was somehow lost ( I guess they were new interns)

It was my second time here. I love it. The service is great and the valet service makes it the best hotel in Ibiza. The hotel is new and very well decorated. Everything is perfect.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for dinners and local activities. The food by the pool was also excellent—definitely a highlight of our stay.

We were really looking forward to our stay, especially as it was a special anniversary trip, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations. The location wasn’t as quiet as we had hoped. There’s a nearby hotel where children were often shouting and yelling, and most afternoons from around 4 p.m., a man would start singing karaoke quite loudly—which really disrupted the peaceful atmosphere we were expecting. We also weren’t informed in advance that we’d be staying in the lower section of the hotel, which is actually a separate building. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand so we could manage our expectations. We had mentioned it was our anniversary, but nothing was acknowledged during the stay. In other places we’ve stayed for special occasions, even a small gesture has made a big difference, so this was disappointing. While the hotel itself was nice, it honestly didn’t feel worth the price—far too expensive for what was offered. One tip: don’t make the mistake we did and not rent a car. Taxis from this location are extremely expensive, and it added a lot to our costs. On a positive note, the food at pool was great. However, breakfast was just average and the service was very slow. The billing process at checkout was also very confusing. They don’t clearly explain that, in addition to paying for the stay, they hold a €50 per night deposit on top, which we weren’t made aware of in advance.

-super nice beach -lovely staff -comfy rooms/bed -good breakfast -finding a sunbed is not a big problem

To be improved

-it definitely needs more elevators since it’s quite uphill from the beach, they were working on one so I hope it’s functional soon -they require minimum spend even from the hotel guests at the beach club (but thankfully they have separate sunbeds right on the beach) -something to hang beach wear in the balcony would be nice
