Great amenities, swimming pools and playground for children. The room was spacious and clean. There is also big shopping mall few minutes walking and a gas station. All information for entering the property was provided in advance, so you have to follow the instructions, as outlined. · Cons: The fridge smelled a bit of fish. Which I suppose is not easily removed and the host cannot be blamed for. The sleeping couch was adequately comfortable, but was a bit too squeaky.”

Nothing. Maybe location was ok. And responsive host who was making you pay for everything.

To be improved

Rooms were not clean. It’s not an appart hotel ad might look on the photos. Don’t be misled by the photos! It’s a huge appartment on the first floor that was repurposed for a couple of units for rent. The quality of everything is a total crap. Everything is about to fall apart. You will understand what I mean if you were unlucky to buy their pictures and book a room there :). Price was as for five star hotel, quality wise as for a motel at the outskirts of the city for hourly rent.

It was a large clean suite. We didn’t have time to use the pool which was a shame.

To be improved

It was very corporate in style, cold looking and generic. Plus the beds were uncomfortable with low quality sheets. The check in process was clunky and difficult. And there was no parking even though it said there was on Booking.

I liked the hotel in many ways: quiet, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed, modern design, efficient air conditioning.

To be improved

Finding a parking space in the underground parking lot and then finding my car presented certain difficulties.

“Location is very convenient—there’s a large supermarket inside of mini mall just around the corner. Getting a taxi was easy, which can be a challenge in Valencia. The area feels cosy and walkable, and it’s great for using an e-scooter or bicycle, too. · Cons: I had to go back and forth with Alma Suites via WhatsApp because the Booking.com team wasn’t able to assist properly. First, there was an issue with the security deposit — the payment didn’t go through, it did not reflect as an unsuccessful transaction with my bank, and no one could resolve it at the time ... When I offered to pay in cash, they refused and insisted I complete the payment online without sending proper check-in instructions. Their approach felt unhelpful and dismissive. Another issue was the app you’re required to download to access the property. The process is overly complicated—you need to use the app to unlock four separate points: the street gate, the building entrance, the main floor door, and finally, your room/apartment. I understand the importance of security, but this setup feels excessive and not user-friendly at all. You constantly need mobile data and enough battery just to enter the property. Otherwise, you risk being locked out completely”
