Menu via QR code and prices charged in restaurant failed to match the bill given, only by 3/4 euros but prices were not accurate.

“-Fitness and padel facilities are outstanding - high-end, new. I've never seen this anywhere. If you're into sport, this hotel is amazing. We certainly enjoyed the pool and gym a lot. -All-new hotel - feels good to stay at a very modern hotel · Cons: -The spa wasn't available (still being readied) -The "à la carte" breakfast was good quality but doesn't work unless you triple the staff allocated to it. Do what every hotel does, put together a buffet. We spent 1h30 every morning at the place - took 30 minutes for someone to take our orders, then another 30 minutes for the food to get to our tables. It's unacceptable to waste all hotel clients' morning. -The gym is used by both hotel and non-hotel clients. The reception staff at the gym makes you feel hotel clients are an annoyance. I'm not the only hotel customer who felt this. I go to lots of gyms and never get this annoyed look, so the issue is 100% with the staff's attitude. -Towels weren't always clean - some funny stains every now and then.”

“Great hotel with amazing sport facilities”

The best

Great hotel for sports. Many padel courts, a nice gym, and good restaurant. Bedrooms have a nice balcony.

To be improved

The 90 beds are too small. When put together to make a double bed for couples the hotel should use a duvet under the bedsheet to avoid having a gap in the middle.

“We loved the place its location and amenities. It was close to our sons camping hotel so convenient.”

It was very clean and staff were friendly

To be improved

There was a lot of flushing sounds through out the nights, woke us up a couple of times. We didn’t like that pool was closed at 8pm sharp, sun was still up high we would have loved to enjoy a little bit more.
