Super house, everything there that you needed, great location close to the centre

Excellent modern apartment with nice rustic touches in a renovated building - very comfortable, spotlessly clean, spacious, and everything was new (instruction manuals for all the appliances in the drawer under the TV). The welcome and communication from Carlina was top-rate (she even brought a friend who spoke fluent English to make sure we were properly settled in). Location in a quieter neighbourhood near the University (about 10minutes flat walk along Gran Via from the Cathedral) - red minibus stop directly across the square to take you to the Alhambra. Note that the living area is on the first level (stairs) with another flight of stairs up to a lounge/dressing area, bathroom, and bedroom. It is exactly like the photographs.

This place was perfect for me! Great location; only a 10ish walk to Plaza Nueva. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very nicely decorated. The noise at night was minimal. And last but not least, the host was incredible! She was very accommodating to my special travel times and was prompt and detailed in her responses. I could not recommend this place enough. Truly a gem!

Such a beautiful apartment in a traditional building, clearly lovingly restored and with much thought given to decor and provisions. Spotlessly clean. Very nice view of the treed plaza, and central location to train station and popular areas. Keyless entry was nice. Had good communication with the very kind and pleasant host.
