The check-in should be at 15:00, but after 2 and a half hours, they did not prepare the virtual keys. I had to wait half an hour outside in the sun. + when I extend the apartment, they do not warn their employees. And water is flowing from the roof, full of disgraced

Overall it is a nice apartment, but the issues we experienced outweigh everything else

To be improved

There was no electricity for the first day. We reset the circuit breaks as instructed by the Olala support team and heard a sizzling noise followed by a burning battery smell. We shut off the circuit breakers and tried to get help from the support team. Unfortunately, they could not help us and we had to stay in the apartment with no electricity overnight. There were no other available rooms in the building and no hotel had vacancy in the area due to an event taking place that weekend. It took 17 hours for the electricity to be restored to the apartment. The electrician said the reason the circuit breakers kept shutting off was because there was a water leak from the apartment above and it was leaking into our electrical panel. This was an incredibly dangerous situation and concerns me about the maintenance of the property.
