“Wonderful hosts and beautiful apartment”

Do notnjudge a book by it's cover. The block of apartments may look a little tired but the apartment is as good as it looks in the pictures. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Everything I needed, coffee machine, fridge, toaster and aircon! César and Raquel managed to accommodate my request for early check in at no extra cost. Check in was quick and simple. The apartment is well located for the beach, some bars, and the motorway (I was visiting hospitalised family in Santa Cruz). I managed to get parking at one of the two car parks or in the street every day during my 5 day stay. I may have to return in the coming weeks and if this is available I will be booking it again without hesitation.

To be improved

The only thing, if I had to be picky, was the big light in the main room. I am not super tall (5'9) but the light is only about 5'6 from the floor, so I hit my head on it a few times 😀 A small side lamp in the main room might also be a nice addition.

Everyting was very good, the owners thought about all their guests needs, clean, beautiful and the view from the window is stunning

To be improved

There were some noise from the corridor, but only in the mornings, when neighbors were going to work or schools

The apartment was perfect – fully equipped with everything you might need. The location is excellent, close to Santa Cruz, and the area is peaceful. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, and everyone in the building was friendly and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home.

To be improved

There was absolutely nothing to dislike. Everything met and exceeded expectations.
