The location was great! We could walk to almost everything we were interested in seeing. There were many restaurants near by (although a little pricey because of the touristy location).

To be improved

The plaza is very loud until midnight every night. The toilets can't have anything flushed down them besides biowaste - all toilet paper needs to be put in a garbage. When we asked for additional toilet paper it was never provided. Only four coffee pods were provided for four adults staying four nights.

Central location cleanliness comfort of beds and spacious apartment

To be improved

One sofa for three adults in the living room was not adequate it needs another comfortable chair.Not enough power points in the kitchen. Noise from construction work taking place nearby which commenced at 7am each weekday waking us up.Noise from Plaza Del Callao after midnight which included street cleaning at 3am which also disturbed our sleep.

“Terrible experience, insincere host, avoid them by all means”

Nothing was worth liking - host acted fraudulent. Left me and my entire family stranded with an infant in a country not our own, and was very unresponsive.

*BEWARE* mostly likely deceiving host. I got to the location on time but suddenly I was ghosted by the host and they became unresponsive to calls and messages. Leaving me and my kids stranded. We waited in front of the property trying to reach him for hours. All to no avail. The following day they cancelled the reservation, claimed I didn’t show up. When I called them on this, they claim not to be responsible for the cancellation and lack of refund. I couldn’t just comprehend it. Just like a scam. I have all proofs of my arrival time, message and calls. Very insincere host enabled by Bookings. By all means avoid them please for your good.
