The best

Firstly the location is great in a really nice barrio with some important historical buildings literally on the doorstep.Easy to get to from the airport. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you will need.Good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds.Kitchen and shower all good for us. Fabulous air con.which was easy to use and very efficient,much better than many hotels have.Good boiler for hot water ,better than mine at home! Ten flights of stairs up ,which we knew but if you are able it's worth it because of course you have a roof terrace with a good view of the Castillo which we made good use of. The communication with the host was very good.Thank you Vladimir.

To be improved

We liked it a lot but have a few suggestions. Firstly please supply more towels and toilet paper. The awnings on the terrace should be replaced and the blinds leading to it as all broken or non existent,maybe some plants?Spend a bit of money on it as it feels neglected and could be wonderful. There are a few more repairs needed in the apartment . Finally I think you need some new pillows. Wouldn't hesitate to book again as I feel it was good value.

“Ok for the cost - but basic and worn”

The best

Nice terrace with sun for most of the day, which was exactly what we were looking for in January. Also, a great location and good value for the cost.

To be improved

The apartment is very basic and feels worn. And come on—stock the kitchen cabinets with more mugs, glasses, and essentials! It’s way too stingy, especially when so many others have pointed it out as well. We were three guys traveling together, so we managed, but for a family, it would definitely not be enough! Also, clean the air conditioning filters—dust came flying out when we turned them on. Overall, it feels like a money-making machine with zero reinvestment.

“Do not believe the host of this property. They use false advertisement to attract costumers.”

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE! THEY ADVERTISE WITH FEATURES THEY DON'T HAVE!!! In our case they advertised with "private pool", which turned out to be a complete lie! When we asked about the pool all they told us was that they were sorry and if we had any complaints, to take it up with Booking.com (who had nothing to do with the false advertisement). I spend a whole day trying to find a solution. In the end, it was Booking.com who stood up to the challenge and found a substitution for us. But despite this, we lost a whole day of our vacation because the owners of this property use false advertisement to attract costumers.
