“Perfect ocean view and natural pool right under the apartment”

The best

Great location to explore Tenerife's North. Natural pools and sunbath zones around were comfortable. Quite easy to find a parking slot even in the middle of the weekend day. Good kitchen and terrace. Thanks for your hospitality, Alex!

To be improved

I was scared for the TV - its mounting is unreliable, I recommend having it repaired. The sun doesn’t hit the terrace at all, so it’s better to dry your things when you’re near the pool. Please note that the area around the pools does not have sun beds.

The best

Top location for ocean lovers with a great view. In front of a natural pool with a direct access from the building. Nearby restaurants. Next convenience store is approx. 5 minutes away. Fast Internet (ca. 100 Mbps). Kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need for a short and pleasant stay (a kettle and kitchen towel would be a plus). Easy check-in and check-out.

To be improved

In comparison with other apartments in Tenerife for same or cheaper price this one was in my opinion overpriced (around 70 € per night) because lack of maintenance (e.g. plaster hangs from the ceiling in the bathroom, some light switches not working, TV bracket loose, squeaking door to the storeroom, balcony wall crumbles) and partly aged interior. Thin walls.
