Bed broken sofa no padding so like sitting on floor light wasn't working in double room It says it 2nd floor I would say it's a 3rd floor lots of steps every morning bin men came

Location was good but noisy, bin’s emptied at 3:50am 😕 not a quiet area

Communication bad, on arrival advised one of tge 2 patio chairs was broken, not acknowledged by host or replaced to enable us to use balcony. No toiletries provided as stated, including toilet paper 😕apartment was clean but patio doors gad no lock in it 😳 ripped curtains in the bedroom, bed’s creaked and squeaked every time you moved. generally run down
