The apartment exceeded our expectations for the price. Clean. Neighbors are not noisy. Well-equipped kitchen. Great neighborhood, clean and picturesque. The welcome fruit plate was very welcome :)

To be improved

Nothing unexpected. The apartment has some natural limitations due to its location (ground floor), one can read about this in other reviews. I think that everything is in the price.

The best

I have stayed at this property a number of times. The reason I keep coming back is because this property ticks all the boxes for me. It's centrally located and yet it's on a quiet street. Restaurants, and supermarkets, are all within easy walking distance. The San Telmo bus station is easily accessible on foot. San Telmo is one of the main transport hubs in Las Palmas.
