There were a number of small things that I thought should have been included for a long stay like ours (3 weeks). For example there was no soap for the washing machine. We ran out of soap in the shower. There were no cleaning towels in the kitchen, just a small sponge. Also there was no bottle of water to greet us. Some other observations: the bed didn't have a top sheet, only a comforter that didn't have a sleeve. The pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable. The only alternative was a smart foam pillow which I dislike and said so to the staff. The staff, after some delay, found pillows, more foam pillows lol. I've traveled extensively and all locations offer a mix of pillow styles because people have different tastes.

Needs:: Another set of sheets, a blanket as alternative to duvet, a sharp knife, a cookie sheet for heating foods, shim the toilet to make it level and not banging the wall.

Unfortunately it took some time to figure out how to access the apartment. The access code system was in Spanish, so it took some time to figure out how it works. Also, due to some reason we were given a different apartment. It was a fortunate mistake for us, since we were very comfortable in this apartment and we were glad that the issue was resolved in a timely and proper way by the host.
