Not having a pre-read of the rental contract that I was required to sign upon arrival. Communication of the 1000 Euro deposit refund, which did come through OK after I prompted.

The best

The level of service and facilities is amazing. Great staff! The apartment was great and well equipped. If something was missing, we could ask for it easily. We stayed in the apartment with the huge terrace which was great. The only disadvantage in it, is that the door to the terrace is in the bedroom, so you can't go out from the living room (problem when you have a small child that wakes up early and you wish to let the other parent some sleep). Location is amazing - short walk from Verdaguer metro stop. Many cafes, supermarkets and resturants nearby. The apartment is on the verge of Gracia, next to San Juan Blvd. who has alot of tress and children playgrounds.

We arrived late due to an airline issue and we had to stop by another hotel to pick up our key. That was a bit annoying, but the only bad thing.

Everything. The neighborhood was perfect, close to everything, including public transportation. Staff were kind and accommodating.
