The best

The apartment was so easy to get to from the airport as a metro train only two minutes from the apartment. 4 minutes walk to the beach. Location was excellent for beautiful food and shops.

The check-in was super easy.

To be improved

The windows are old, they can not be closed easily. There is a park next to the apartment that's very loud. The neighbors also loud, they start to sing at 10 pm and watch the tv loudly. There were some stuff in the bathroom and in the kitchen from the previous guest (sampoos, coffees, etc.) This stuff should have been thrown out.
