“Nice, clean and new apartment choice in Calpe”

- vacuum cleaner available - nice and new equipment - close to Calpe center and beach - quiet and cosy - good AC / heating

To be improved

- the frying pans need replacing - really small and tight parking spot if you drive an suv it takes a lot of effort to get in our out the garage - the building in general has some strange (for Calpe standards ) no bicycle rules in elevators / you have to play hide and seek with the concierge to get the bike in the apartment🤣 the may tell you to keep your 10k bike in a garage unattended and unlocked which is strange in my opinion 🤷🏻 - during a month long stay there were water shortages 3 times for few hours during day due to some failures
