Nice location in old town of Calpe, you have necessary facilities, good for a break at the sea. Very useful in my situation.

a bit noisy because the windows are right next to the sidewalk.

Maybe I stayed on a bad night...from the venue across the narrow street, kids screeching at 1 am, music blaring & mothers havin fun, it was like my bed was at their party! No sound proofing on windows so heard all passing pedestrians through the night. A very xpensive room for 1 person for the experience! Shower fixture needs replacing.. Maybe I missed it on booking.com ...I had to phone the proprietor to collect the key. That can be a problem if your phone package doesn't allow for international calls.! No phone number on the property so make sure you bring it with you!

“Well located property”

The best

The location on the edge of the old town and close to the beach was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Good facilities such as small fridge and kettle.

To be improved

It was very noisy. The accommodation could do with better sound proofing since it's on a lively street. Hard to use the natural sunlight because the widow looks straight into the street so no privacy. Some things could use maintaining, such as the bathroom door which would not close fully.
