“Terrible stay, very noisy, owners unfit to host guests”

It would have been tolerable if not for the terrible noise caused by owners.

To be improved

My stay in this apartment was a horrible experience, the worst I ever had in my many travels. The apartment is right above where the ownwers live, there isn't even a proper door to separate the staircase, just a big cardboard wall, so no sound insulation. The owners were very noisy, 3 out of 4 nights I was there. The noise level was like in a football stadium at times, and late at night. Any communication with the owners was either fruitless or denied by them. Then I left after 4 nights even though I had booked for 8 nights altogether and was losing 4 nights stay, but the noise was just intolerable. So I had to find a new apartment for my remaining stay and lost a lot of money. On top of that the kitchen was poorly equipped and there were ants.

“Unique accommodation with a great hostess”
The best

The accommodation was great. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and willing to help and give advice at any time.The language barrier was not a problem either. We overcame it playfully with the help of electronics, which they both know how to use well. 😊 They helped to make our stay a unique experience.

To be improved

There was only one thing to criticize about the accommodation. Sometimes we had to wait for the hot water to run. But that was really a minor thing that did not limit our stay.
