Everything you need in an apartment. There is an elevator that is very helpful for those travelling with heavy bags. The owners were very helpful and reaponded very quickly. They left some coffee, milk and treats that was much appreciated.
Nothing to dislike - just know parking is not available in front of the building but there is street parking close by.
“I would not stay in this place again knowing the host lack of real customer service”
the location was convenient for my trip, the apartment is well equipped except for the boiler, it has a nice view.
Unfortunately the boiler was not working properly on the first night and stoped working completely the next morning. the host offer to solve the problem but the inconvenience to deal with this on the first night at around 22:00 was far from ideal. The next day the hot water/heating was not working, they could solve the problem only after 15:00 but as i was leaving the apartment at 16:00, it was not worth to way for someone to fix it. I paid for 2 night knowing that i was not staying the second night, i only needed to stay until 16:00 but the host only allowed a late check out until 13:00, that didnt work for me, for that reason i paid for the extra night knowing that it was only to stay for few hours. this was very frustrating not to have a fully functional apartment. Adding to this at 15:00 someone ( host or technician) tried to open the door without any warning, meaning ring the bell, phone call, knock on the door: like i was not there, a completely disrespect of privacy. There was never a suggestion or whiliness to compensate my inconvenience from the host. It is easy to be a super host when things go well, but when something doesnt work in a property that is the real test for a good customer service. When I rent a property, I rent it with everything working, as when i pay, i pay for the full price, if i were short of money they would not rent it to me in that same way I expect a fully functional property, of course things can go wrong in a property but the customer should never be the one losing.

Cozy and fully equiped apartment with exceptional views to Arosa estuary. The host is very friendly and always willing to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible, she treated us very well. I´d totally recommend this appartment without a doubt.
Just to consider if you travel in hot summer days is that the appartment is quite warm and doesn´t have air conditioning
