The best
We booked this hotel blindly on a last minute business/holiday trip. I have been travelling A LOT in my life, staying at 5-Star hotels and I must say that this has been a five star hotel for me and my two sons. Let me explain:
The price for the night was laughable for a sleep-four family room (€86) with a extremely decent rom: clean, fresh, fantastic views, overlooking the entertaining area (so I could look at the kids while working) working equipment (great and easy to handle aircon system, excellent shower pressure - a must for me if you ask a travelled bussiness man), TV). Considering price and product = 5 STARS SERVICE
Service was excellent, from reception, maids, waiting staff, chiringuito workers, swimming pool life guard... One can say that since it is a new (owner) hotel the staff is all enthus and greatful, being their first months working there (one should wait to see how their behavior develops once they are used to their JOB. Only future can tell, but for our stay = 5 STARS STAFF
Food could be better in quality and variety of offer, and price will always depend on everybody's pocket. True, everything could be cheaper, or why not, free.... I believe again being a new run business, it needs to find their pace, incorporate some key services: coffee machine, juice and water machines for the breakfast service (so you can have as many as you want, this would also free waiting staff), clearer and simpler breakfast option (i.e. buffet at a price) or cafeteria aside if all you want is to pay for a morning coffee. I think these will come with time as more guests discover this hidden pearl by the road. Again, what misses in those touches, is compensated by a beautiful staff attitude and enthusiasm. To me, somehow tired of posh and tight 5-Star staff it is worth a treasure. In this case I will rate not the food, but the food experience = 5 STAR
Finally, the entertainment area. My kids boys 10 and 13 LOVED IT ALL.
