“Location could not be better - just need to up their game with the advertised facilities”

To be improved

No Wi-Fi even though it was advertised as having it - asked for it to be sorted shortly after arrival but not done. Beds were of very poor quality & hard to sleep as a result . Basic facilities lacking e.g toaster, hook to hang up towels in bathroom, tea towels for drying delph.
