“Great, would definitely book again”

Lovely room, we were too late to collect keys from reception as our flight was delayed but they were easy to find, as was our room. Our room was huge (2 bed)- the living room and kitchen space was huge, lovely balcony and easy to get to pool and bar. Great bonus having 2 bathrooms (had 2 teenagers with me).

To be improved

Second bedroom was quite small for 2 teenage lads but served its purpose for the 2 nights we stayed.

“Cons: Our stay was disappointing from the start. First, the room was dirty and smelled damp, and didn’t match the photos or description. It was cleaned only after we complained. Two days later, the room flooded due to a leaking boiler (above the safe), damaging personal items. We were moved late at night to a different property owned by the same person, but that room was also unclean and clearly didn’t match what we originally booked. Despite clear evidence, the property took no responsibility and we received little support to solve the issues. Very poor overall.”

Not enough cleaning. Change towels more Apartments tired and need updating. No key lock on patio door. Pool bar closed contrary to as advertised. Shower poor and faulty . Injured myself requiring medial treatment and stitches on bodged clothes dryer repair

Good location. Quiet. Pool. Spacious appartment. Pool Bar. Onsite Reception. Laundry option.

To be improved

Furniture needs updating. Linens/towels need renewing. Beds not comfortable, too hard. Pool bar closed for half our stay.

“Perfect, I got what I wanted.”

The best

It’s a lovely place. Our apartment was downstairs, like 5 meters from the pool and sunbeds. There’s a little kitchen, so you can make food for yourself if you want. We made pasta and ate it on our balcony. They are well prepared for families with babies. We got a high chair and a baby bed as well. You can find soma playgrounds nearby. The bed was pretty comfy and there’s enough space for your stuff. Bathroom is also well equipped. They organised our transfer and taxi. There’s a washing machine and a dryer behind the reception, for a few euros (cash). Parking is quite easy in the street. Playa Bastián is just a few steps away which is a big plus.

To be improved

There are plenty of steps which was a bit challenging with the baby stroller.
