“Suffering in the heat”
The best

The apartment is in a great location and it is well equipped except for the lack of AC. When I asked for an additional larger fan, the administrator got us one straight away. Although it did not make much difference due to the extreme heat inside the apartment.

To be improved

The apartment has an AC unit in the living room that you can see in one of the photos but we never knew if it was working or disconnected. When we asked the administrator the only answer we got was the AC was not included in the fare. It was extremely hot in Barcelona during those days and we did not have enough fans provided to have a comfortable stay for a family of four. The kids rooms had a tiny fan, the size of a handheld one. Personally I would encourage the owner not to rent during the summer because the reviews will be just as bad as mine.

The best

The apartment was very close to the metro and getting to the center was easy. It was in a good condition and we really enjoyed staying there. Especially the balcony because the view was so nice. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The beds were really uncomfortable, too many rules of the house which doesn't allow you to feel relaxed.
