“Self sufficient apartment”

Xu , the host is exceptional. No words to express for the service offered. Best location near the metro station, supermarket in front of the apartment complex. Washing machine for clothing in the terrace and hangers to dry. All Kitchen requirements were met. Will come back again.

To be improved

Hope to see a dryer during my next stay and soap for washing machine.

Apartment was modern, spacious and very clean. Balcony was a very nice bonus. Very close to Metro station.

If I was very critical, location, though it wasn't such an issue given proximity to metro.

Location was pretty good. Easy to subway. Supermarket was very closed.

Everything was good. We stayed 3 people, apartment has 2 rooms but one of room was a children room. May you should check before your stay.

Our experience was terrible, when we arrived we were surprised that the area looked extremely unsafe and we did not feel comfortable. We felt scammed and we did not receive any helpful response from the owners or booking. We regret the incident, because we had to look for another place to stay and we did not receive a refund.

The staff were accommodating and the overall service was impeccable, making my visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

In the age of technology, where tools like ChatGPT are readily available, translating documents is a simple task that can significantly enhance the guest experience. Providing information in English would eliminate the need for manual translation and ensure a smooth start to the visit. This small change could make a big difference in making guests feel more welcomed and supported right from the beginning.
