“The camping area and structure were very nice. · Cons: The information on booking.com was limited, and I couldn't see the details about the chalet.. I would recommend having a better chalet description. after the first night, the staff were very kindly and changed us to another chalet with more space.”

The pool and mini club is good for the kids.

Booked a standard bungalow. Have screenshots of the booking. Nowhere does it mention that it’s a duplex. B08-14 was unsuitable for a 1 year old as there is no stair safety gate. Staff response has been rude. Bed sheets do not fit the bed at all. Was offered to collect new bed sheets from the office. My friends bedsheets didn’t fit either. Didn’t see the point. (You have to pay for these too) Overall, think the stay could have been enhanced by simply having friendlier staff. 3 seperate families (we travelled together) have all felt the same.

Location was good

Bungalow dirty, no toilet roll or kettle. Linen was old and mis matched. Towels poor quality. Whole bungalow could have done with a paint and some weeding.
