The best

Lovely property, large outdoor garden area with good sized pool. Owners very nice, friendly and helpful. Great location for a relaxing break.

To be improved

Not near anything and had to walk on the road when going anywhere as no footpath which was quite scary at times. Also no bin emptying facilities at property or anywhere near property.

The best

The villa was very comfortable, it had everything we needed. The host was very helpful before and during our stay. They immediately solved an issue with the dishwasher. The beds were incredibly comfortable as were the pillows. No sore backs during our stay! It was a very peaceful location, very near to both Pollenca Old Town and the Port.

The best

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large living room with a small kitchen area. Outside there is a well maintained pool and some sun beds. It has everything you need for a week or a month stay. It's 5 minutes driving from the Pollenca town where are plenty of dining options and 10-15 minutes driving from the beach (Pollenca beach, Arcudia beach). Was clean and the host visit us in one of the first days and gave us some tips about Pollenca and the are.

To be improved

The house could be maintained in a better shape. The doors creak and open with noise. The AC units need a deep cleaning. Otherwise everything was ok.

The best

We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was excellent – spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a delightful vacation. The location was fantastic, nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to the shops. There was plenty of parking space in front of the house. The host was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The outside of the property was lovely , nice pool and garden furniture

To be improved

Due to location there was a lot of mosquitos, citronella would have been good. There was ants in the bedroom, again some sort of bug spray would have been useful. The shower curtain in the bathroom needs replacing as the bottom is mouldy.
