Breakfast very varied and delicious, excellent service from the cook. The staff was very serviceable, helpful and nice, always a good attitude.

To be improved

The hotel receptionist is not available at night, in case of late arrival or if you need help with something at night, it can be a problem. The access to the hotel can be complicated with big suitcases, since it is located in a historical location with a pedestrian area, no car can go near, you have to carry suitcases through pebbled walkways and the hotel does not have a bellman to help, though the hotel personnel was very helpful. Our room was in third floor, no elevators, nicely decorated but also dangerous, the wooden beams of the ceiling were very low and it was easy to hit your head. Another thing to consider if you are renting a car, is that here is no parking near, the free parking lots are quite far.

Beautiful property, within the wiindy romantic streets of ciutadella. Beautifully designed. Exceptional stay. Great for families. Had a big king bed and then 2 little beds set up for the children 4&6- perfect! + Wonderful staff!
