Great location, central and lots of restaurants within 100metres.

To be improved

Too many things done cheaply, refrigerator door broken, coffee machine leaks, no coffee table. No instructions on exiting car park and key to car park needs to be replaced so that you don't have to jiggle it constantly.

The best

An exceptional apartment in a beautiful building, with the added benefits of a roof terrace and location on a fabulous square with many good restaurants to eat at. Secure underground parking was available nearby and the property is in the historic centre of Palma, and a short walk away from many beautiful places to visit.

The room's size, the apartment's location (close to all the restaurants and grocery store), the cute rooftop, and, most of all, the comfy bed + pillows!

To be improved

There was some funky smell coming from the bathroom area from time to time, but it didn't bother us that much. We heard noises throughout the night, but I would say that it's a lot better than where I stayed before in Spain (it wasn't that bad). We were on the ground floor
