Difficult to find (no house number on gate or house or signs along the private road to know going in right direction), no-one there to meet us, poor coordination regarding getting code for key box (first phone number went straight to voicemail, second number person asked me to use booking.com chat, when that didn’t work sent email, which luckily came through with patchy 4g signal), property was surrounded by around 10 stray cats (presumably previous guests fed them). All gave a terrible first impression of what is essentially a nice house.

It’s a little tired although maybe that’s just the traditional style of the place. Cats and goats don’t bother me at all but be aware that there are lots of both wandering through the property.
