Thank you to ALL of the wonderful staff at Can Bordoy! We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday and had a fantastic time. The hotel is lovely but what really makes it are the staff. A sincere pleasure.

From the first moment we walked through the door the team at the Can Bordoy were super friendly, engaging and dedicated. Every member of staff went that extra mile to make our anniversary trip a memorable one. The hotel itself is comfortable and stylish and the food and drink was nothing short of world class. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place for that special occasion. We will return.

Highly recommend Hotel Can Bordoy. This was an unbelievable stay. The facilities are absolutely beautiful, and the hotel located conveniently. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. I have traveled all over the world, and the customer service at this hotel is unbeatable. (Our flight out was cancelled due to weather and Jesús and Miguel helped us with every step of the way getting to Barcelona by boat.) Plus help with restaurant recommendations, reservations, taxis, booking a car to drive around the island—comes right to the hotel and drop off is the same.

“A suite with nowhere to sit!”

They advertise 24 unique and incomparable rooms and suites. Our room had a loft bedroom with a spiral staircase that was exceptionally high & scary. We asked to be moved the next day to our booked junior suite room without a spiral staircase. The second junior suite room did not even offer a chair let alone a sitting area. When we complained that we did not receive a "suite" they offered to remove the mini bar to add a chair. That is their definition of a "suite". The garden dining was filled with mosquitoes. The small chicken entree was just food. I have no idea how they have a Michelin 2024 star. The best part of the property is the location.

A beautiful place with unparalleled staff! One of those rare moments when I want to give 6 points. Every detail is just right; Can Bordoy is a home, not a hotel! Every single employee makes the day more enjoyable, and you are greeted warmly everywhere you go. Praise also goes to the management. Rooms 10/10, breakfast 10/10, dinner actually 11/10... :)... with this level of enjoyment, a Michelin ⭐️ should soon be hanging on the door. Everything is responded to immediately. What an experience and what a pleasure. We are delighted to be spending a whole week here. Thank you for the wonderful moments and the hospitality.
