“Despite the few negative points, we really enjoyed our stay - we can imagine living in this house permanently!”

The best

The gardens and pool. Rustic style of the villa. Secluded, not disturbed.

To be improved

Barbecue area was separate from the garden (by the garage) so we didn’t use it. Shower screens not effective, so it was hard to avoid wetting the floor. Shower head attachment needs to be more secure. Towels were quite small. Insufficient bath mats (missing from en suite bathroom). Fridge freezer needs replacing - freezer not freezing despite turning to max. Insufficient mugs. A/c - at first we were disappointed the A/c was on timer, but quickly got used to this and wasn’t a problem. But we suggest making this more prominent on the website.

“Great location, but a little tired”

The best

Location, space and pool. 15min walk to the centre of Pollenca. Plenty of parking. In the villa grounds.

To be improved

Poor attention to detail eg no working kettle, broken shower, insufficient coffee mugs, no cleaning products, no tea towels

“Good”

The best

The location is great. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 5. The living room is spacious with 2 sofas and the view amazing. The outdoor seating area is also great.

To be improved

We struggled to open the key box on arrival. The pool water was cloudy throughout most of our stay. The air con only works for a set few hours a day. The garden is not fully fenced off, so children found it a bit scary in the evenings.
