“Amazing view! The real Mallorcà expérience!”
Amazing view!!! If you are looking for peace and a quiet place in full nature. If you enjoy waking up with the sound of sheeps walking around, starting the day with a refeshing swim looking over the valley, this is the place to be!
No négative points. You only need to be aware that it's up the Hill and you need to drive small narrow roads, but the host guided us perfectly to the house!
“DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!”
We refused to stay at this property as it is totally inaccessible. DO NOT BOOK HERE. The description does not match what is being sold here. The property took an hour to reach from the nearest town of Soller, up an extremely steep, unmade road. The owner was rude and aggressive towards us and has refused a refund.
“Superb”
“*AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! *NOT CHILD FRIENDLY!!!! *Location/road (dirt track) is NOT safe! *Water pressure/sanitary”

“Incredibly wonderful place. Quiet an peaceful. Breathtakingly beautiful. Stunning View.”
“Exceptional”
This was one of the most beautiful places we've stayed (my son said this was the best place we've stayed!) This small house, located at the top of the valley looking down toward the small town of Fornalutx and larger Soller beyond is unmatched. The sunsets were pure poetry. The property is surrounded on both sides by terraces of olive trees and rock walls. Sitting on the stone patio you can hear sheep bells and bleats, frogs croaking, birds chirping, it's so peaceful. We were the first visitors of the year and it was still chilly in the mornings and evenings so we made fires with wood available both at the house and that we scavenged on the terraces. The pool was full but it was still too cold to swim, but it did look beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and there were spices, vinegar, oil, etc. already there from previous visitors. Biel, our contact, was kind and very responsive. He met us at the Eroski grocery store in Soller (recommend stocking up on items before you head up), and drove ahead of us to lead us to the house.
The only downside is the drive up to the house as many reviewers have mentioned. It's a winding (hairpins), narrow road that eventually leads to the private drive to the house. If another car is coming, one of you will have to back up to find a spot to allow the other to pass. We avoided driving in the dark. We would leave in the morning and come back late in the afternoon to avoid going up and down more often than necessary. But this ensured we were always at the house in time for those gorgeous sunsets. Two days in we had a flat tire and spent the next day getting the car towed then taking the taxi to the airport in Palma to get a replacement. Highly recommend getting the smallest possible car, getting full car insurance, and taking your time going up and down the hill. Slow and steady.
