“Lovely grounds but not a comfortable property for us.”
The best

The location was quiet and remote. The property was in lovely expansive well maintained grounds with a charming pool area. It wasn’t suitable weather for the pool but it looked very inviting. The lady that looked after the property Anabel was very friendly.

To be improved

The very long bumpy track leading to the property made it an arduous journey each time we went out. The sofa wasn’t comfortable for us. The cooking facilities were very limited. The frying pans needed replacing. Extremely limited work surface. The stairs to the second bedroom were very steep and tricky to negotiate. This second bedroom was in a basement area which had a strong damp smell. We had booked for 6 nights but for us 2 nights was enough due to the properties limitations.

The best

The wonderful garden was much more beautiful than we’ve expected. Our dogs were allowed to walk everywhere. Laura is absolutely fantastic! One of our dogs needed a vet urgently and she helped within minutes. Thanks a lot for everything!
