“Superb”

The best

The property is in a beautiful setting with huge grounds. We had one neighbour in the area so felt really secluded. Within walking distance there's a little river and there's beautiful walking routes in the area, including a 7 gorg route less than a 15 minute drive from the property. The house is spacious, the beds were all comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for a group of our size. The outdoor space was perfect, some sheltered spaces, a nice big BBQ and a beautiful sunny part of the terrace where we spent each evening as the sun set. We were unfortunate to stay during a time when the power was down so had no electricity or water, but the owners were really considerate and drove over to bring us garrafas of water. There was a small town within a few minutes drive with a bakery, café and carniceria, and a supermarket not much further away. The swimming pool was beautiful and we were able to swim even if it was the last weekend of April!

To be improved

If you take a dog, just be aware that the property doesn't have a fence around the whole area, however there's not much around for that to cause any issues!
