Located in the center of Inca, clean, very nice room and modern and the host was very kind. Lots of restaurants and terraces nearby.

Had a great stay here. Rooms are nice and big. Aircon was amazing. Food down stairs was really tasty. Staff were really helpful and nice.

To be improved

I didn’t like the 24h reception process. Someone else got confused and ended up in my room which made me feel a bit unsafe. But once we realised their mistake it was all smooth from there.

The best

Location, price, clean room, we were surprise to see the room touched up when we returned every evening. A very nice touch.

To be improved

The motion sensores light in the bathroom is very annoying if the bathroom was used during the night.

“Overall a good stay”
The best

The room was big, nicely decorated and had all amneties. Hotel is by the main square of Inca. The hotel representative gave us a beach umbrella for free for us to use for all our stay.

To be improved

Unfortunately the room is poorly ventilated and the air conditioning was not helping. We opened the balcony door but a cockroach got in the room. We told reception and they thoroughly cleaned the room and put a trap. Hotel does not offer breakfast, it did not affect us as there are plenty of breakfast places in the vicinity.

“Central location, contactless entrance, no AC, excellent guide!”
The best

Central location, easy to find, detailed guides for access and parking. Contactless entrance. Newly renovated apartments. Comfortable bed. Separate shower and toilet. Great water pressure, shower and hot water! Has a rooftop where you can have coffee but nothing too fancy. Has mini fridge.

To be improved

Parking is a bit difficult since it’s in the center. Was a bit dusty. The terrace and windows needs some touch. Doesn’t have Air Conditioning, so it was a bit hot, but since it’s windy in Inca it’s ok if you sleep with open window.
