The location of the house is really nice and the house itself is also nice, a lot of outdoor space and sea view!

To be improved

There are some points that we dislike that we would like to share so that they can be improved: 1. As mentioned already by some Airbnb guests at Airbnb we really disliked that you communicated with us outside of booking, i.e you contacted us via our private email. The emails looked very unprofessional and we didn’t trust them. Indeed what happened that you got hacked and that I received emails from your account that looked even more strange so that luckily I didn’t trust them and didn’t pay anything. We really recommend to stop this communication outside of Airbnb. It is highly unprofessional. 2. To provide only one toilet paper for the amount of money you ask for is disappointing in our view. We have never experienced that. It makes no sense to let people buy a whole pack of toilet paper taking into account that not all rolls are needed. The same goes for the bin for the rubbish. We communicated that, however we only got a reply that you don’t provide more, thats a pity. 3. Even though the house looks clean, it lacks proper cleaning. Many kitchen equipments were dirty, the wooden beds were dirty at the frame and so on. 4. We had a huge problem with the drain in the bathroom. The smell was horrible and it got worse and worse. 5. It was not possible to close two windows properly. Also something that you could check in advance.
