Can Pau Llanca Sf Parascheva

This property is horrendous including the two people who runs/ and I think owns it . At the time of my booking, it was a new property published on Booking with no reviews. I booked it based on its photo (showing clean and neat space), how far it was from the port , and for its pricing . There was not much available at the time (unless I wanted to pay 400€/ night), as I booked it last minute and it was a long holiday weekend. It was completely prepaid for 4 nights. I booked a private room with shared bathroom . The room was so dirty . There were a lot of dead bugs on the surface of tables and floors . The floor was filthy with clumps of dirt pushed to the side . The shared bathroom was gross . They never cleaned the toilet , sink , floor, and tub . Don’t even try to touch the furniture. Even the public bathrooms at gas stations are far cleaner . No toilet paper , soap , towels available in bathroom . They had promised that my room would be switched in a few days . That morning, they called and said the switch would happen . By evening they changed their mind and never WhatsApp the instructions as they had promised. The worst part was on the same night , I returned to my room, very late in evening, to find that the door cannot be unlocked with key (it was a physical key ). As there was a problem with the lock. In summary , they blamed me for having a door that cannot be unlocked . Told me to try to find another room to sleep , but I have no key to another room . All my belongings was in that locked room . Their neighbor arrived , as they were out of town and cannot help me , just to confirm the lock in fact is broken . The entire experience was a horrible nightmare . By now, they have alot of reviews. If these were available at booking , I would rather book at a nearby town if this was the only option . This region is very accessible by train and bus .
