“Beautiful scenery, quiet location, amazing cove!”

The best

Lovely, traditional villa in a quiet area. About 15/20 minutes walk from S'illot beach, restaurants and shops. Clean and well equipped. Great view (apart from bins) minutes walk from stunning Cala Morlanda cove, this place made it for us. We hardly used the upstairs terrace, too hot during the day but great at night to lie watching the stars. You can see the boats sail past as you sit inside at the dining table in the shade. Really good outside shower and built-in bbq were a real bonus. We asked if anyone could leave some fresh milk as we were arriving very late, on foot. We were told this wasn't a service offered. However, when we arrived, the owner had been kind enough to leave us fresh milk after all and some cold drinks, a really nice gesture. He even brought us a homemade cake later in the weekl! So thoughtful.

To be improved

No air conditioning in bedrooms. We didn't realise the air con was only in the living room until shortly before we travelled. Fans are provided but the heat at night (30 degrees) was unbearable at times. We wouldn't stay here in high summer again for that reason. We were also disappointed to see the 5 large bins directly in front of the property, we understand this is not advertised but they are an eye sore and you can't avoid them. We paid a lot for that view! Netflix, wasn't advertised but came up on the TV. No remote, maybe not active. Would have been nice to watch a film together at night after being out all day. The satellite TV is rubbish!
