The apartment was fine, but we didn't get the self check-in instructions in time and couldn’t enter when we arrived late. We would have been stuck outside if a friend hadn’t helped us. Please send clear check-in info in advance.

They took a deposit night before we arrived, and it was a bit unexpected, but its not big deal.

Before I arrived, I messaged the hotel asking if it’s ok to check in earlier as I was attending a wedding later on. Someone replied that it’s fine for me to arrive anytime after 1pm. As I arrived around 2pm the lady on the reception was just leaving on her break. I told her that I need to check in now as I’m attending a wedding and have very little time to prepare. She said she’s going to her lunch break, and she has only 30 mins and she’s very hungry…. She was arguing for about 5 mins that she won’t let me in before she eats… after this 5 mins she finally did the check in for me - the whole process lasted probably less than a minute… i was really dissatisfied with this treatment. It was quite unprofessional and rude. Also the window of the room was covered with things. There was no natural light and the room felt like a bad student accommodation

The property was ok to what meets the eye, however as the trip went on we noticed more issues. There was a ‘window’ from the bedroom onto the stairs well which could have easily been forced open from the outside, which made us feel very unsafe. There was also exposed wires in the 2nd bedroom. When we addressed the issues, via message as reception was closed, we were out for tea and received images/ videos of the owners in our room which had all of our belongings in - without any consent! They were in to investigate the hole in the wall connecting the bedroom and the stairwell which they called a window for interior view. Overall the stay was poor and the service inadequate. You could also hear every noise from the other guests closing doors or talking when laying in bed.
