“Disappointing”
The best

Guest since 2014 (6 visits, 4 rooms seen). Last stay 4 nights at MySkye, 1800 euros. After booking on the hotel website, I found the room on Booking.com for this period for 1778 euros. As compensation, we received free breakfast and a bottle of Cava, which we did not find in the room, but received upon request. Nevertheless, we remain disappointed, because the location and the decoration cannot disguise the lack of service. For 450 euros/night we expect a bottle of water in the fridge, sugar for the coffee (4 capsules in the room), and a perfectly clean room. What we found: No water, no sugar, dirty curtains, rotten pillows, a dirty oven door and a yellowed toilet seat. On the first day, the towels were not changed and the bed in the second room was not made. Furthermore, drone footage was taken over our room during our stay without informing us in advance. The economical breakfast is nicely presented, but there is only toast and standard cheese, which is also not a Plus for us. The price/performance ratio is no longer right for us, we have received better service for less money in other agroturisms and will no longer consider Can Skye. Despite the beautiful location and view.
