The best

The house is well designed, and suitable for a group of 12.

To be improved

Most importantly, the tone of communication of the host. Also, the house had (1) no air condition for the entire stay (4 days), (2) wasn't clean at all, we still had the party confetti of the previous guest all around, (3) unsecured for child's (broken balcony safety barrier, first floor french window guardrail missing, broken french window in the kitchen that was about to fall on my 12 year old son), (4) BBQ is advertised, but their isn't, apparently for the reason that it isn't allowed during summer, (5) it took us to receive 3 different code to be able to unlock the keylock at arrival (the host is completely lost!), (6) the electricity is not included (but this is mentioned no where!), and on top of that there is fuel tax (still don't know where that is coming from as we haven't seen/used fuel).
