We liked the location of the property being so close to restaurants and shops. We also like that it was very spacious. It is a whole house not the size of a regular apartment.

Excellent location if you want to stay in the heart of Javea, everything within walking distance, rooms in the back very quiet (even on a Saturday night), host very attentive and helpful, roof terrace was a nice surprise.

Honestly there is a wow factor when you walk in to this apartment - it is quite simply gorgeous ! It is immaculately clean and so spacious clean and even has a roof sun terrace. The attention to detail from the hosts was really impressive and they kept in regular contact with us to make sure we were comfortable and knew of all the local amenities, eateries etc. The location is beautiful, in the quiet, stunning Old Town of Javea with lots of lovely shops, places to eat and drink and postcard beautiful streets along with lovely local hospitality. The supermarket and Pharmacy are literally on your doorstep. The far busier and tourist area of Javea is the Arenal which is really fab and fun - it has a large sandy beach and buzzing atmosphere - this is very close by car or you can hop on the local tourist fun bus which stops 100m from this apartment and be there in 20 mins. I think in summary the appeal of this gorgeous apartment is that you are in the heart of a beautiful quiet classy area yet you have full and easy access to the resort side of Javea / Xabia. David was a fantastic host, could not be more helpful and assisted us throughout with booking some amazing restaurants! Really useful to have such a responsive host. Location is fantastic, it’s nice and peaceful and in the heart of the old town. The property itself is huge for the number of guests, very clean and has a great roof terrace to relax on.

Everything was excellent and well thought: location, decoration and facilities!!!
