Location was good to see Alicante. I like walking so location was good,

To be improved

as we were arriving after 8 pm the instructions stated on .website that key pickup for the key to the apartment would be nearby..but when we contacted by owner .nearby was to be 9 minutes by car. This is not what I would consider nearby also we did not have a car... This was not an accurate description . Nearby is not 9 minutes by car .. I contacted owner again and eventually they agreed ...the following day....numerous texts later .to drop the keys at a nearby restaurant for pick up. .around the corner from the apartment.. which was nearby .For new clients coming in after 8pm..travelling with luggage or adding taxi stops to pick up keys adds to costs .and stress. and was not a pleasant experience to get a key to get into your accomodation. I would not have booked the accommodation had I realised that... it was stressful finding that out the day before and eventually rearranging a new pickup location. The other details on website regarding the property were all accurate .

The host is very responsive and helpful. I was able to extend my stay one night with no issues. We were very grateful for this. The location is very ideal!

To be improved

The temperature when we arrived was too hot to sleep, the AC helped eventually. There are fans provided which was so kind but the lack of outlets doesn’t allow for a good position when using the fans to sleep. The bedding was the real issue, it did not smell clean unfortunately.
