Unable to stay at apartment so no positive feedback to share
Due to a water leak, the apartment reserved and paid for was not available. They offered accommodation for 4 days as an alternative, subject to cancelling our existing booking and paying again locally, but for the final 3 days of the trip, they told us to find accommodation elsewhere ourselves. For first-time travellers, this was unacceptable, and alternative accommodation should have been arranged at the owners expense even if it was higher than what was paid as we did not create the situation we found ourselves in. Complaint was raised via app, but the property never responded to it. Booking.com processed a full refund on the day of travel, but it takes 7-12 days to arrive. That said, it's now been 13 days, and still no refund. Thankfully, the reception staff contacted a friend who had an apartment elsewhere available and agreed to the same price, though the payment had to be made again locally out of our pocket before refund d was received. We had a great time once resolved, albeit with less cash available than expected, but would never book this property in the future, and I am unsure if I would use booking.com again either

It was worth the money, nice and cool of an evening so great sleep wise and great location in the centre of Caleta. Fantastic swimming pool.
There were no fire extinguishers or emergency contact numbers which I found quite unsettling. Unlike the other apartments on puerta del Sol the satellite tv was poor we were very limited as to what we could watch ( basically all we had was Amazon prime and YouTube) . Better pillows in the bedroom would be good

Everything we needed and wanted from a short break in Fuerteventura. Close to bars and restaurants, beautiful pool area with a special mention to the pool bar which had the nicest, most attentive staff who made the best pool bar food I have ever had. Think fresh focaccia/handmade burgers with the highest quality ingredients. The apartment itself had all the amenities we needed and the owner was really helpful.
